Chris Hardie is the Principal and a co-founder of Summersault, and he leads the company’s work in building and sustaining communities using the technologies of the Internet. Chris enjoys consulting with clients about information management strategy, user interface design, and network and systems security. He also enjoys thinking, speaking and blogging about cultural change and community building, particularly as both are nourished by the evolving Internet. Although Chris enjoys the challenges of leadership and working with the big picture, he’s a geek at heart, and sometimes misses a good late-night software coding session.

Becky McKimmy is a Developer at Summersault where she designs and maintains client websites. She has experience with a variety of website projects and enjoys working with non-profits to provide them with effective online communications. A transplant to the Richmond area from Blacksburg, Virginia, she is still wondering where all the mountains have gone. She enjoys reading, knitting, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with family.

Brian Meeker is a Developer at Summersault. A 2007 graduate of the University of Rochester, Brian started contributing to open source software projects in 2009. When not parked in front of a keyboard he enjoys yoga, running, biking, and reading.
Mike Neimoyer is a System Administrator and Technical Support Representative at Summersault. Mike can often be found enjoying the canoeing and hiking readily available in the area. Mike is also a trained and certified chef, an avid photographer, a video gamer, a gadget geek and a budding hockey fan. But only occasionally all five at once.

Emily Palmer is the Executive Assistant at Summersault. She is a 2009 graduate of Ivy Tech with degrees in Accounting and Human Resources. She is currently a student of Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University. When she is not studying or reading, Emily enjoys spending time with her dogs, cats and family.
Theresa Smillie is a Graphic Designer at Summersault and enjoys sinking her teeth into design projects large or small. She recently “escaped” from New York to Richmond and loves all that it has to offer. In her free time, she can be found volunteering at the local animal shelter, gardening or perusing the local thrift stores.

Mark Stosberg is a co-founder and senior Developer at Summersault. Mark has extensive experience in professional website development, with a focus on using Perl and PostgreSQL. He regularly contributes to the Open Source software community, and now maintains dozens of Perl module distributions on CPAN. Mark enjoys improving Summersault’s technical development through his work on quality assurance tools and researching best practices.
Derric M. Watson is the Sales and Project Manager at Summersault. This means he gets to have all the fun because he works with new and existing clients and tries to keep up with Summersault’s developers. Derric is a father to two beautiful and intelligent children, and any free time he has is spent chasing after them, volunteering with the Boston Fire Department, or gazing longingly into the windows of Veach’s Toy Store across the street from his office.
