Quality assurance is all about making sure your site looks and operates the way it is supposed to. For a simple informational site, this isn’t too involved, but for complex database driven websites, there can be a lot of things to test out. If we go back to the building construction metaphor, you can think of it as a huge new mansion with lots of hidden away corners to inspect before anyone moves in.

Much of our quality assurance is built in to our development process. By using industry standards and established best practices, we go a long way to insure high quality in the construction phase alone. But we also develop a suite of tools and checklist items to test and verify that your site is working as it should as we prepare for launch – and those same tools can be used at any time after launch too, allowing for continual peace of mind that everything’s working the way it should.
Of course, there’s no substitute for a good manual walkthrough of your new site. We’ll help you get the most out of this important phase by advising you on what aspects of the site need your attention, and our own team of testers will be on the lookout for any remaining issues to be addressed.
Once the testing and quality assurance phase is complete, it’s time to launch!
