While we always like to empower our clients to manage their own sites, we also know that sometimes the best option is to hire that work out to a dependable resource like Summersault, and so we have established a few Site Maintenance Packages for your convenience.
What’s included:
- Phone consultation for discussing proposed changes and updates
- Our time to review the content you send, implement it into your site, and verify the changes with you before they launch
- Our time to perform minor resizing, cropping and touch-ups (redeye removal, contrast adjustment, etc.) for photos or other images to be posted on the site
These packages are based on the average site-owners` needs, but we can also put together a customized maintenance package for you – just contact us!
- Basic Site Maintenance: $75/month. Includes:
- 1 phone consultation per month
- Content changes of up to 2 pages per month (using a standard 8.5x11 printout or equivalent electronic text document)
- Resizing and touch-ups of up to 5 images per month
- Changes made within 5 business days
- Expanded Site Maintenance: $250/month. Includes:
- 3 phone consultations per month
- Content changes of up to 5 pages per month (using a standard 8.5x11 printout or equivalent electronic text document)
- Resizing and touch-ups of up to 10 images per month
- Changes made within 3 business days
- Premium Site Maintenance: $800/month. Includes:
- Unlimited phone consultations
- Content changes of up to 10 pages per month (using a standard 8.5x11 printout or equivalent electronic text document)
- Resizing and touch-ups of up to 50 images per month
- Changes made within 1 business day
- Emergency / off-hours service available for most sites
Each package has a 6-month minimum term, and the charges apply whether or not you use the service in full in a given month. We can either bill you for these services as a part of an existing hosting invoice, or you can pay separately by check or credit card.
