Online Community

We may be a small business in small town Indiana, but our reach in the online world goes near and far. As a part of our work for Summersault, our staff is constantly staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the world of website development and beyond. We have a number of personal projects that use Internet technologies, and we're always publishing information about new and exciting ways to do things. We always try to contribute back to the online community that has given us so much.

  • BikeRichmond.org - a group for all things bicycle related around Richmond, Indiana, with an emphasis more on transportation than recreation.
  • ProgressiveWayneCounty.org - an interactive community site that promotes and chronicles the progressive efforts of individuals, organizations and businesses in the area.
  • RichmondComputes.org - provides education and support for open source software on desktop computers in and around Richmond, Indiana.
  • RichmondNewsReview.com - A podcast from Richmond, Indiana about news and opinion from a different perspective.

E-mail software and spam prevention / reduction

  • The qmail Anti-Spam Howto - this document is the authoritative source of information about anti-spam techniques and resources for the qmail community. qmail is the #2 MTA on the Internet. The Howto is featured in Dave Sill's The qmail Handbook (Apress, 2002).
  • Mirror of qmail.org - Summersault donates hosting services to serve as a mirror of the website for qmail, the #2 MTA on the Internet.
  • Contributions to TMDA - Summersault designed the logo for this open-source anti-spam software package, and we donate hosting services for a mirror of TMDA's website, tmda.net.
  • Tools for migrating from the IMail Server to qmail.
  • The Summersault staff are active on various qmail- and spam-related mailing lists.
