Upcoming staff talks at YAPC Perl conference
The schedule of talks for the upcoming YAPC::NA 2010 Perl conference have been announced, and they include several presentations by Summersault staff:
Principal Developer Mark Stosberg will give two talks, “Managing 100,000 lines of Perl with darcs” and “Introducing DBIx::Simple + SQL::Interp.” Summersault Principal Chris Hardie will give a talk on “How to talk (or not talk) to your clients about Perl.”
The Yet Another Perl Conference is a high-quality, inexpensive technical conference with its roots in the Perl Mongers user groups. The conference celebrates the Perl programming language and is meant to be accessible to anyone, regardless of experience, yet valuable to even the most skilled of programmers. Each year the conference attracts hundreds of programmers from around the world, including luminaries such as Larry Wall, Allison Randal, and Damian Conway.
This year’s conference will be held in Columbus, Ohio from June 21-23. As in the past, Summersault will also be serving as a sponsor of the event. We hope to see you there!
