If tzsetup complains about an unknown country code, you should update the iso3166 file in /usr/share/misc. This is a text file containing a list of all known countries. You can download the latest version from the web-based CVS system on the freebsd web site.

Aun, I suspect this might be fixed by running "zic" more files. Another option is to open the file that's been referred to and comment out the line for "AX". That may be acceptable if you never need to deal with that time zone.

Hello:

I followed your instructions for the FreeBSD update, however, I'm running an older release, so after I replaced the zone.tab file, and ran tzsetup, I got an error saying "country code `AX' unknown". Any suggestions?

Thanks!
