Jonathan Sage's document is no longer online, but I think I found an equivalent. Also, for what it's worth, we've since switched to using a low-cost embedded Linux appliance with a PPTP server on it, available from <a href="http://www.securecomputing.com/" rel="nofollow">Secure Computing</a> in their <a href="http://www.securecomputing.com/index.cfm?skey=1485" rel="nofollow">SnapGear line</a>.
