Customer service is a lot like the weather—everyone talks about it but nobody does anything about it.
Here at Summersault we are committed to a different way of doing things, a different way to treating people and issues that arise. This is not to say that we are perfect or that things don’t go in unexpected directions. In fact, it is because of the potential awkwardness and pain of these conversations that we have decided to do something about customer service and begin improving these relationships from the inside out.
