RICHMOND,
IN – Summersault staff and clients received a number of honors at
the annual WayNET Website Awards
Wednesday evening. The awards program recognizes excellence in design,
usability, and functionality of websites owned or created by local organizations.
Summersault designer Evan Agee received an award of “Best Personal Website” for his personal website. “This is a great honor,” said Agee. “I have put a lot of time into my sites, so it’s neat that others have enjoyed them too.” Developer Mark Stosberg won second-place in the same category for his Skatepark and Skateboarding resource at http://www.skatepark.org/.
The Starr-Gennett Foundation website, designed and maintained by Summersault, also received a high honor: Best Website for a Non-Profit Organization. The site, located at http://www.starrgennett.org/, is the online home for the Foundation, which is dedicated to promoting the rich musical heritage of the Gennett Record Company.
A number of other websites developed by Summersault were nominated for awards.
